The Burgess Family Clinic - Maple Valley is located at 111 South 5th Street in a building named the Ganzhom Health Services Building. Our staff members provide the community with quality medical care and exceptional service. This clinic currently has two full-time physicians and an approximate staff of twenty to serve patient needs and concerns. At this facility mental health, physical therapy, and home health services are also offered.

The Mapleton based clinic is part of Burgess Health Center, located in Onawa, which is a rural acute care hospital accredited by the State of Iowa. Burgess also has pharmacies in Dunlap and Whiting, and family clinics that serve the communities of Dunlap and Sloan, as well as Decatur, Neb.

The staff is committed to improving the quality of life for the people and communities served, by providing excellent healthcare and exceptional patient experiences.
